Took me vehichle in for coolant leak (appointment) they stated it would take a day. 7 days later we got it back, no call, no update, no loaner just left my family high and dry. 8 months later still same stated it would take a day. 7 days later we got it back, no call, no update, no loaner just left my family high and dry. 8 months later still same leak. Took in for breaks, was done in a day, but breaks only lasted 6 months. Don't know what they do here, but they haven't truely fixed anything on our vehichle. Go to phx, this place is a nightmare. So I needed a set screw for the engine air cleaner on our Chevrolet Blazer. For a original equipment replacement screw the dealer wanted $22.00 dollars. I found a useable one at ACE for $.55 cents. The service department stinks. I dropped my truck off on February 24, picked it up march 14th. The first week there no one even looked at my truck. The next week I was told they could not locate a new transmission cooler line in the United States. On the 13th of March I came to the service department to get some paperwork I had left in my truck, thinking it was gonna be there only a couple days. My truck was located in the service department, but they didn't have the part. The morning of March 14th I get a call it is fixed and come pick it up. Today, March 22nd I see a spot of oil on the ground under the truck, when I look under the truck I see my truck is missing parts that were never put back in place. What the heck!! Wonder what kind of lies the will tell me now. Worst service department ever More

Poor customer service in the service department. I purchased a brand-new Silverado with a lift kit on it. The Truck has 26k miles and both CV boots are torn. They blamed the tears on the lift that L I purchased a brand-new Silverado with a lift kit on it. The Truck has 26k miles and both CV boots are torn. They blamed the tears on the lift that LAMB installed and said warranty wouldn't cover that. They wanted $1700 for 2 new CVs. I purchased them for $250 and installed myself in a couple hours. I would expect them to stand by their work and honor the parts that wore out premature due to the components that LAMB installed! More
They should get a negative star. We were told our truck would have the oil leak repaired for the 2nd time ( they didn't fix it right the first time) by August 31st, we dropped it off We were told our truck would have the oil leak repaired for the 2nd time ( they didn't fix it right the first time) by August 31st, we dropped it off on the 23rd. They told us it was a 3 day job. We went in and checked, a few days later, still not done. We again told them it would be needed by the 31st we were going on vacation! They said it would be. Spoke to the. 3 more times, Dylan said it would be done. Called on Saturday the 31st and it rang and rang. Finally got a call at 1:15 pm, saying it won't be ready. They are closed Sunday and Monday we can't get our truck. They have lied and under performed on everything they have said. We will NEVER buy anything or use them again to fix anything and I suggest you don't use them either. More
