bought a 2016 corolla on may 14 2024. for 17,000.00. after I arrived home i talked to dealership next day and said that the fender keeps popping out . they just said that it's just a clip for 17,000.00. after I arrived home i talked to dealership next day and said that the fender keeps popping out . they just said that it's just a clip but didn't offer to fix it. then i went to clean seats and was shocked.. the back seat cushion was animal stains the entire length. that explains why they put a seat cover on it so i wouldn't see it. after they got my money, refused to answer phone calls, answer email, or call back. paperwork is still a messed up.i am now driving on expired temp. plates. they don't know which dmv they mailed paperwork to. dmv is not happy either. copied my address wrong 4 times. finally had to send them a letter snail mail. they just don't listen or care. they have no bookkeeping dept. i even emailed them informing them that i was going to start giving bad reviews tomorrow. i got zero responce. never have i had such a horrible experience with an dealership in my 72 years on this planet. all the reviews on their website are like 5. on other websites they had 1 star. yelp shows all one star ratings. they didn't post my review either cause it was one star. buyer berware. I am still driving with expired temp plate on car i bought. this business is dishonest at best. buyer beware. More

When I got there, it was all detailed and ready to go for a test drive. All my questions were answered, he was very patient and transparent with his answers. If I could post less than one star I would! The service department charged me over 260.00 to fix a door handle that needed one part...That part cost 3.93 and they took less than two hours total The service department charged me over 260.00 to fix a door handle that needed one part...That part cost 3.93 and they took less than two hours total!!!! The service manager told me it would total 90.00 and lied! I will NEVER darken their door again!!! This dealership has made RIPPING OFF and art form!!!! When I want a new Toyota I'll go to Roswell!!! The customer services is horrible. Take forever to contact them and get help.
