20k service on our 4 Runner. I specifically asked that only what is covered be performed. Oil change and tire rotation. About 45 min later someone walks out with an air filter I specifically asked that only what is covered be performed. Oil change and tire rotation. About 45 min later someone walks out with an air filter that looked like it had 300k miles on it with a hole in it Our car has 20k. I told them I was not interested in any filter changes. I grew up in an auto repair shop. I’m educated about maintenance. I confronted the server vice writer and walked back to the shop. The “ filters” were not re-installed. My paperwork had no mention of a bad filter. I got home and the airbox had finger prints on its dusty exterior and the filter looked almost new. I will never use this dealership again or lease another Toyota or GMC . I was also annoyed listening to one of the salesmen trying to hard sell a single mom on a vehicle. Stay away More

Staff is courteous, but they sold me a vehicle in 2019 for retail price, not telling me that it was actually a 2018 sitting on the lot for over a year.
