My sister bought her Toyota from Desert Sun Toyota and has them do service to her vehicle and she recommended them to me. Being from out of town and needing service is never a good problem to have and you have to worry about someone saying you need service on something that you probably might not need. As I was traveling from Arizona to New Mexico my car was experiencing a strange wobble at around 60mph and then would go away at around 75mph. Upon describing my issue with my vehicle to Tony he immediately had an idea of what was wrong. I was also very fortunate that Tony had extensive experience with my make and model of car. He told me what should be done and what didn’t need to be done or could wait until the next oil change. He could have easily said you need all this to make your car ok and charged me a lot of money, but he didn’t. Tony was a true professional, engaging, and very knowledgeable. Thank you Desert Sun Toyota for hiring such good caring staff. So, what was the cause of the wobble, a very bad rear tire that had threads showing through. Tony said it was just a matter of time before the tire would have blown out. Just to let you know I regularly do a visual inspection on my tires and this wear was on the inside where without a mirror you would miss it, and I did.
