Our sales representative was Karla and I can't say enough good things about how she treated my wife and I. We just had a bad experience from a different dealership and Karla put at ease by making sure she wo good things about how she treated my wife and I. My wife and I have purchased many cars over the years and I have to say purchasing from Karla and Casey Honda has been the best car buying experience yet. No high pressure, great timely communication of the status of our vehicles delivery. Our CRV came in a littler earlier than expected which was great! When we went to take delivery, there was an issue with some kind of module (not sure) and Karla did not want us to have issues with a vehicle on the way home and provided us with a loaner until the issue was fixed. We also purchased window tinting which Casey worked in while the module issue was being corrected. The piece of mind knowing the new car was fixed right and there were no problems is priceless! Thanks Karla and Casey Honda! See you at our first oil change! More

Had an oil change and tire rotation done. Had to immediately return as they overfilled my tires by 5 pounds. Then had to return almost 3 weeks later as I was still leaking oil. Have been dealing with Casey for over 30 years and every year now it seems the service is getting worse and worse! Guess it may be time to move on! More

We went to the dealership to buy my husband a gorgeous 2018 Challenger. We ended up buying the Challenger and a very low mileage pretty red CR-V for me.
