I mentioned it to Collette a few weeks ago when I was in for my state inspection. She showed it to Ken Strain and, between the two of them, approved the replacement of the steering wheel under warranty. I was very grateful for this. Many dealers would have given this a shoulder shrug and done nothing. Collette has worn down my 40+ year resistance to dealership service departments and I'm happy to visit Casey Honda's service department where I know I'll find integrity and technical competence. More
