He was friendly courteous and professional. I really appreciate that in a service provider. In little or no time, the car was ready to go. great service I want to thank Don for the wonderful service that he gave me on my 2010 Jeep. I brought it in for a state inspection on a Saturday and It failed. D I want to thank Don for the wonderful service that he gave me on my 2010 Jeep. I brought it in for a state inspection on a Saturday and It failed. Don noticed that I have extended warranty coverage on my Jeep and advised me of what needed to be done to my Jeep and that it should be covered under the extended warranty. He advised me that it would not be a good idea to drive it on a rejection sticker and put me into a loaner car for the weekend. He called me on Monday and told me that everything was covered by the extended warranty and all I had to pay was my $100 deductible and that my jeep would be ready by tuesday morning. He was very professional, personable and knows what he is doing. Thank you for the great service. More
