Don Matoi does a great job. My 2003 Pilot failed the state inspection due to a couple of discovered serious safety defects (steering tie rod, shock leakage). Don fully understands and practices the need for excellent communication, both for customer knowledge and assurance, overcoming the common suspicion about dealer repairs.
