First of all, I am very sorry that you did not experience the high level of customer service we pride ourselves on. Protocol requires any interior trim or paint issues to be inspected by me personally, and I am the one who makes the decision on how to handle each case. The advisor you spoke with should have taken your information so that I could have called you on Monday to arrange inspection at your earliest convenience.
