Hi Mark, thanks for the message. My ratings depict my experience in the dealership. While the overall experience and price I rated low, I rated you a bit higher in customer service. (You're welcome) My comments depict the situation exactly how I encountered it. As I'm aware, you're free to respond after the review goes live--I could be wrong. While I understand it is your job to lowball, insinuating that my car is damaged or that I am not the first owner is beyond reproach. Perhaps these tactics have worked in the past, but they definitely do not work with me. According to KBB, my car value is still higher since you did not input all the options my vehicle has. Obviously your "buyer" missed certain items. One more thing: Your or someone over there still has my registration. I would appreciate it if you dropped it in the post to my address. Thanks.
