Outstanding Service — Best Toyota Experience in 25+ Years! I recently brought my 2002 Toyota Highlander to Casey Toyota in Williamsburg, VA, and I can say without hesitation that this was the best s Years! I recently brought my 2002 Toyota Highlander to Casey Toyota in Williamsburg, VA, and I can say without hesitation that this was the best service experience I’ve had in over 25 years of owning and maintaining Toyota vehicles across the country. From the moment I arrived, Service Advisor Michael Rosa demonstrated outstanding professionalism, transparency, and care. He took the time to walk through the diagnostics, kept me fully informed during the process, and coordinated with the technician to ensure every concern was addressed — including one that had gone unresolved for years. The work performed included valve cover gasket replacement, spark plugs, cylinder gaskets, ignition coil, air surge gaskets, and more. The technician did an excellent job — the engine now runs smoother than it has in a long time, and even a persistent VSC light issue (introduced by a different dealer and never resolved elsewhere) was completely resolved as a result of their thorough and knowledgeable repair work. Having owned and serviced Toyotas in NYC, Ithaca, San Antonio, Dallas, Albany GA, Augusta GA, Virginia Beach, Newport News, and Boston MA, I’ve worked with many Toyota service departments over the years. None have matched the diligence, professionalism, and conduct of the team at Casey Toyota, and particularly Michael Rosa and the technician who worked on my Highlander. I left with full confidence in the quality of the repair, and tremendous appreciation for the honest and skilled service I received. If you're in the region and want your Toyota handled right, Casey Toyota is the place to go. Highly recommended! More

After the vehicle purchase (2016 Camry XSE) I was assigned to Lexis (Hall) she explained the service schedules and what each one entailed, I appreciated that and she didn't have to do it. Months later or as a particular service was coming due I had a few questions about the service that I'm sure she told me but forgot, emailed or called her and she politely answered my question/s. Some service reps. at other dealerships are nasty and don't want to talk to you or give you a short answer but the service reps. at Casey did not do that and are very nice. Thanks guys More
I went in today for my free Virginia State Inspection, had an appointment at 3pm. The did the inspection pretty quickly. On the way home I got a message reminding me for my appointment tomorrow. Horrible experience I had an appointment to get my tires replaced, oil change and state inspection. After three hours, I called them to inquire about my car. Brandon th I had an appointment to get my tires replaced, oil change and state inspection. After three hours, I called them to inquire about my car. Brandon then told me they didn't have the the tires in stock. He was sorry. I asked to be transferred to a service manager, and Brandon hung up on me. I called back and spoke to Stephanie, and asked to speak to a manager. She told me that they were on vacation. I then asked to speak with Miles Casey and was told that no he couldn't help. Stephanie then transferred me back to Brandon, who then couldn't tell me what was going on with the car and then hung up with no good bye. I bought my car from Casey Toyota, and that will be the last thing I spend there. More
