Great people to work with. Took my car in on Saturday and had to wait on a part to come from Valdosta, they gave us something to drive to go get lunch in. When we came back our car was ready to go. My Daughter had car trouble in Quitman so Sent my car to Cass Burch Quitman. After picking up, (over $1,000 to replace cracked fuel rail) car was not running right, skipping, etc. Took it to dealer close Cass Burch Quitman. After picking up, (over $1,000 to replace cracked fuel rail) car was not running right, skipping, etc. Took it to dealer closer to home. Was a little shocked to discover cause of trouble was mounting bolts and one fuel injector were missing!!! Don’t know how parts disappear, but apparently they are still at Cass Burch. Service Manager offered to pick up my car from my home dealership and make further repairs.. I said NO!!! A DEALERSHIP here is already making repairs, WHY stop their work to send it 2 hours away to the ones that already showed incompetence????? More

GREAT Been looking for a truck for 8 months. Thought online prices were high but went anyways. Met with David. He showed me a truck but it seemed out of my Been looking for a truck for 8 months. Told him to give me his best deal. He met with his team and with in 20 minutes (as Cass would say) they got my attention. In short order I was driving the truck with every thing I wanted.
