Very helpful and no waiting I was stranded near St. Louis, en route to Wyoming, with a major fluid leak. Drove to Cassen's, the closest Dodge/Chrysler dealership, and presented I was stranded near St. Louis, en route to Wyoming, with a major fluid leak. Drove to Cassen's, the closest Dodge/Chrysler dealership, and presented myself at the service counter. Randy Voyles, Asssistant Service Manager, took care of me immediately even though everyone was pretty busy. Mr. Voyles looked under the hood, evaluated the problem, then asked one of the mechanics on duty to confirm his evaluation. Turned out to be a leaking brake fluid line coupling that needed to be tightened. No charge, no sweat, the most painless visit to a dealership service department I've ever experienced. Horrible experience in service dept Bought a brand new car from Cassen's was very satisfied with the buying experience, however, when it came time for warranty repair it was the worst ex Bought a brand new car from Cassen's was very satisfied with the buying experience, however, when it came time for warranty repair it was the worst experience I've ever had VERY rude to me, after telling me they would not cover my warranty issue they then charged me for something that they knew would not fix the problem without even asking if it was a service I wanted . SO disappointed and in the next year was planning on buying another car here. NOT NOW!!! Horrible customer service!!! More

Locals only April 9 , while passing through on our way to Tulsa, Ok our truck had major issues . We stopped at Cassens and stood at the service desk for awhile be April 9 , while passing through on our way to Tulsa, Ok our truck had major issues . We stopped at Cassens and stood at the service desk for awhile before anyone even acknowledged us. We were told to leave it and they would try between now ( tues) and Monday to look at it. Went directly to Federico Chrysler Jeep Dodge and had the truck fixed and drove off in a 2014 jeep Sahara on the same day. Lesson: lost a 2k repair and also a 36k sale. Be nice to out of state people. More
