Communication was quick every time I had a question, and when it was time to close the deal, they recognized a lot of the Gary Lang benefits that are extended to their customers wouldn’t be of value to us (we live outside of IL) and in turn adjusted the sales price to make it worth our time to drive 2 hours to make the purchase. Our only gripe? The vehicle was not clean (inside or out) when we took delivery. Good thing I like to detail my own vehicles! More

For starters, my wife & I were greeted at the door by Jeff Vicari, he asked if we had an appointment and we didn’t. Jeff gave us the number to call to make an immediate appointment. A guy named Levi met Jeff Vicari, he asked if we had an appointment and we didn’t. Jeff gave us the number to call to make an immediate appointment. A guy named Levi met us & asked if we were here to buy. I said I’m not sure yet but definitely going to look at 2 trucks. At that moment Levi dismissed us to sit in a chair & be waited on by someone. Jeff Vicari walked in about 5 minutes later & asked if Levi was taking care of us & we said “ not at all “. Jeff being very professional said he’d be right with us and he was. He was very thorough & upfront with us & a very kind & courteous salesman. Answered all our questions and concerns & I was very happy he was the salesman who helped us. Jeff sent us to Mark in fiancé who was just as nice, thorough & we felt very comfortable with everything he said & explained.
