We were working with the sales guy and saw a truck we liked, gave it a test ride We had about the worst possible outcome with Gary Lang imaginable. We had already been contemplating another dealer further down south in Collinsville Illinois known for having the most competitive price. We decided to give Gary Lang a shot at earning our business. We went in again and worked directly with Dino the GM, he was working away to try to get to a number we were seeking. Dino then told us that we had a deal. We were were giving our information, address, employer, social security number, salary and all was going into the computer. The guy who runs financing was meeting with his manager and it was is taking too long to get all the paperwork together so we said we would be back when the paperwork was finalized and finance contact was available. A half hour Dino calls to advise the deal is off the table because GM could not support the price but Dino the general manager had already told us we had an offer. We found a poor level of professionalism so they lost out on selling a truck and a Jeep I am purchasing yet this year. More
