My truck didn’t even make it home If I could give 0 stars, I would. We purchased a 2011 Cadillac Escalade from this dealership. We drove about 200 miles up there to purchase it. On the If I could give 0 stars, I would. We purchased a 2011 Cadillac Escalade from this dealership. We drove about 200 miles up there to purchase it. On the way home, the truck died going up ramp. Got out and it was leaking transmission fluid everywhere. We were still about 3 hours from home and it was a Saturday. Called the dealership and they told us the repairs were on us. Called a family member and had them tow us home. Found out later, that in Illinois there is a state law that a vehicle under 150,000 miles (which this was) MUST make it 500 miles or 15 days. If it doesn't it is on the dealership to repair. Reluctantly they agreed to fix it, but we were responsible for towing it the roughly 200 miles up there. This was after we were told to try and repair it ourselves. Short story we just ended up selling it back to them, but I'm still out time, parts, towing, etc. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. More
Zero customer service After agreeing to purchase we were told that 2nd key was missing. After two weeks of lies (it’s in the mail!) and excuses still no key. Had to go to another dealer to get a key made. Looking forward to the fight with them to be reimbursed. More

Great dealer, horrible employee!! I have never met somebody so conceited, and wanting to brag about how great he thinks he is.
