Please do not lie to me to make yourself look good. EVERYTHING was outlined to your guy i had e-mailed. I told him EVERYTHING. My income, my credit score, what downpayment i had, the fact that i was under on my car, my experience at the other 2 car dealerships, everything. Your guy told me outright that he has seen a lot worse credit situations than mine. I even told him i was reluctant to come in based on my experiences with these other places. Furthermore, I was NEVER told, by anyone realted to the Gary Lang Auto Group, about the so called challenges. I knew the challenges from the beginning but your guy still told me they were confident they could get something done. A lie is a lie and you can try to spin it any way you want to but you knew EVERYTHING before i even came in. By the way, i was offered loans by 3 different car dealers and i just didnt accept them because they didnt have a car in stock i was really in to so i find it funny that other dealerships were able to get something done for me but you were not and i would be glad to prove this through documentation. Just say your sorry for lying because that is what you did. There is a reason your dealership has so many negative reviews.
