It was not to our service center, despite your frustration with our team and with it being a recent purchase. We would be happy to take a second look at it and determine the best course of action to get you back on the road safely. We have a dedicated service technician who focuses on reconditioning used vehicles and brake repairs specifically, so we find it odd that a repair this urgent would miss our inspection. My used car manager left you a message on Saturday and one more this morning. Please give him a call back so we can better assist you, and again, we apologize for the frustration.
