They appeared to blatantly disregard any public health mask mandates since numerous employees were walking around the dealership and dealing with customers maskless. Very disappointed in their customer service and length of time spent waiting on a weeknight nonetheless. They refused to set up an appointment for us to come in to sign paperwork for our new van. This should be an easy process given the current state and any other business actually encourages appointments to lessen contact and potential transmission of COVID. More
