Release a new Kia My wife's 3 year lease was coming due. We needed to find a replacement vehicle. Having gotten our last car at Gary Lang, we went back to see what they My wife's 3 year lease was coming due. We needed to find a replacement vehicle. Having gotten our last car at Gary Lang, we went back to see what they had to offer. Sales manger Cody put me into the hands of Ed Chambers who did a great job of understanding our needs and working with Cody to get us a great deal on our new lease. Ed kept us updated throughout the process and stayed with us until we drove off in our new Kia. Jeff Winters did a great job of taking us thru the paperwork with clear instructions and explanations of each document. His organization and professionalism is obvious. Lastly, Joe Quinn did a fabulous job of explaining the new features in our car. He made sure our phones were synced with the cars systems, made sure all our belongings were transferred to the new vehicle, and gave us his contact info for any future questions or concerns. All in all, it was a great experience returning to Gary Lang. I'm sure we will be dealing with them in the future. Frank & Holly More

Engine Took my 2016 car in. The tech wanted to put a new engine in it, JR said no just take it apart and replace everything.NO communicate the whole time the Took my 2016 car in. When leaving two works in the parking lot were rude. The workers were driving stupid in a lot full of cars. Byron will go the extra mile for you I worked with Byron and his Management staff to finalize a great deal for a vehicle that was purchased by my senior citizen parents. It was their first new car purchase in the last 22 years and the Gary Lang group was willing to beat other offers that we had on the table. I requested that Byron ensure that my parents felt comfortable with the new technology in the vehicle, he assured me that he would make them feel comfortable and he even went that extra mile and drove to their house when they still had outstanding questions after leaving their dealership. I met with Leo and was very skeptic about "their" process. Fortunately, Leo was a true professional and he made a believer out of me... he found the car that "I" had been asking for.. and he delivered!!! Lousy customer service I have called this dealership and explained what I was looking to do, Noah Cherry ( if that is his real name, not listed below) at ext 229 said " sho I have called this dealership and explained what I was looking to do, Noah Cherry ( if that is his real name, not listed below) at ext 229 said " shouldnt be a problem, I call you back". If it is a problem at least be man enough to call someone back. This dealership has my name and # only. they haven't run my credit because I told them not too. And my credit monitoring has alerted me. So what are they basing their decision on? Have you already sold enough cars this month. More
