I called him on Monday and he picked out the perfect car for me! Monday evening was the test drive and by Tuesday afternoon the car was mine. Leo understood every detail that I expressed I needed in a new car and explained every issue that I didn't quite understand. He was extremely patient and encouraging withou being pushy or overwhelming. I never felt like I was being coerced into buying this particular car. She pulled everything together in the short window of time we had and I was able to drive away that night with the vehicle I went there for. The negotiations were respectful both ways and there was no pressure just a great deal for all involved.
