I was told that the door panel would be fixed, but it was not at the time of sale as this was not even found until later that day after we got home. It is important to get the facts correct. I do look forward to resolving the stated issues with this transactions.

Called Nick, the Subaru manager who seemed to understanding of the issues. He stated he would respond back, BUT no call, so I called back after 5 days. He forwarded the call to the Kia manager, Chris. When trying to discuss the error made, he pretended to not understand the numbers and asked for a copy of the bill of sale and would call me right back. It should have been easy to see. Since when is the bill of sale starting number higher than the list price of the car? He never called back nor returned my call and trying others there to get him to respond, NOTHING! During the negotiation of the sale, they had two incentives: 1. A conquest incentive for owning another newer brand of vehicle ($1,000); and 2. For financing the car through Kia Financing ($1,000). The Kia financing one was never discussed by the sales team. We only found out during the financing portion of the time there. This is how I missed that incentive. Since the incentive was now buried in the cost of the car, Gary Lang would be the recipients of that $1,000. Since I was not planning to finance anyway, I contacted Kia Finance, discussed the situation and paid the note off. I am still waiting to hear when the rear door panel would be ordered to replace the one where the dog bit the panel. Told to me that the car was too new to get a part number for the panel yet. I am putting this together to help others understand the type of game that are played at Gary Lang Auto Group. Such a shame as we were hoping for a more respective dealership than the others we visited in our area.
