Great service I felt that the service employee was not xxxxx even though I ended up needed additional work done on my car instead of just an oil change. Excellant Service from Chris S. I wanted to take the time to thank Chris S. for my service appointment from last week. I had brought in my 2010 Buick Enclave, and had an appointment I wanted to take the time to thank Chris S. for my service appointment from last week. I had brought in my 2010 Buick Enclave, and had an appointment, however when I got to the service desk, they couldn't find my appointment and told me that they didn't have me down for the day. Chris immediately jumped in and said no problem, we'll be able to help you. (Turns out I did have an appointment, but for some reason it wasn't logged correctly) Chris handled my service from then on. Got me a loaner car, and fixed my car within 24 hours. He called me when he promised, and was very nice. Most people will take the time to complain about bad service, but not for good service. Thank you Chris for a job well done! ~Tobey Hege More

Then, 2.5 years ago when I was looking for a new Kia, I stopped at Gary Lang on my way to another dealer. SO glad I did. Leo Lewitan (sales & leasing) found me just what I was looking for that night and in the time since, the service team has also been excellent! Scheduling appointments is easy online and they usually have my car ready and washed sooner than promised. Aaron Grassel (service)is great to work with. More
