Could be Better Right after I bought my Terrain I had it in for some work and a tire rotation was supposed to be done. I was called at home and told they didn't have Right after I bought my Terrain I had it in for some work and a tire rotation was supposed to be done. I was called at home and told they didn't have a "lock nut" for my vehicle. They couldn't rotate the tires. This time I told the service person where the lock nut was (wrapped in a napkin). When I picked up the vehicle I had an EXTRA lock nut in with the one I left (still wrapped in a napkin). Evidently the service dept. now has/had an extra. When you wash about vacuuming too? The other dealerships do that as a courtesy. Follow-up lady today said, "thanks for letting us service your Acadia". I'm sorry it IS a Terrain. More

Even though there were a lot of vehicles arriving for service, everyone was very efficient and wonderfully organized. Christopher Scholer called to inform me of the repairs needed and was waiting for me the next day when I arrived to pick up my car. He again explained to me everything that was repaired and what fluids were replaced. Chris is really friendly and very professional, a major asset to your business. Also, Dan Alfaro was very friendly and efficient when I was purchasing my vehicle. He was so helpful and knowledgeable that I trusted him completely. You really have an outstanding team!
