Hi JimmyFan. Thank you for your review. We apologize for the confusion with your lock nut. We offer complimentary exterior cleaning with all services, but we do not vacuum customer vehicles with complimentary service car washes. We also do not assume customers would like their vehicles vacuumed or do any work, including vacuuming, without getting consent. This is for liability reasons, in the event that our vacuum accidently sucks up a valued item or a customer reports any lost items after their service with us. We are working on installing an exciting new car wash system that will also take care of your floor mats. We hope this alleviates your concerns and you visit us again in the future.
