Very difficult to get a return phone call I bought my car from Castle with a cracked windshield, which they agreed to replace as part of the sale. I scheduled the service and they replaced the I bought my car from Castle with a cracked windshield, which they agreed to replace as part of the sale. I scheduled the service and they replaced the windshield. Unfortunately, the windshield was defective and needed to be replaced again. This is where the service issues began. I called and left a message with the service person that helped me. After a week of never receiving a return call, I called again and asked for the service manager. Again I had to leave a voicemail, and again, I waited a week for a return call, which never came. I finally got someone to respond after the third call and got the windshield replaced a second time. The second windshield is not defective. More

Purchased a new 2018 Chevy Camaro I originally scheduled a test drive on a Friday, called late Wednesday night to ask if I could reschedule for Thursday and there were 0 issues. I pulled up to the dealership and John was waiting for me inside with the keys and the car parked out front. I walked away feeling like I was able to fairly negotiate and no time was wasted. When I noticed a few marks on the car from normal weather wear and tear, John immediately let me know I'd beable to come back in and get the paint buffed. Overall fantastic experience and am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Thanks John! More
