Since purchasing a brand new car from them DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS. All Castle Chevy cares about is how much money they can get out of you. Since purchasing a brand new car from them in March of 2017, I have had nothing but problems and ZERO customer service. At 24,000 miles the car had severe engine failure and while it was under warranty, not a single individual could be bothered to tell me how the problem occurred or how they were going to fix it. They could only lie to me and tell me they’d never seen a car piston crack like this before. Furthermore, upon picking the repaired vehicle up, no one could even tell me what exactly was done to the vehicle that was in their service department for over a week and I was shooed out the door. I traded this car in in November of 2017 as I didn’t have the confidence that it would not have another severe engine failure after the warranties expired. I filed my paperwork to cancel the extended warranty and to get my refund back in JANUARY of 2018. Since January I have called multiple times and only one individual has bothered to call me back. I went in on three separate occasions, one was in March two months after I had filed my cancellation paperwork where they told me they didn’t have it. They asked me to fill it out again. I went back in in April and again called a number of times with no return call. Finally someone called back and said that they processed the paperwork they supposedly lost, this occurred on April 24th. Since then I have yet to receive any sort of refund. I have called, again multiple times, and not a single call back. I’m tired of being ignored, I’m tired of them holding my money hostage. Castle Chevy, if you’re reading this, I suggest you call me immediately. I’m incredibly close to calling the media, my lawyer and we will be asking for interest on the refund you refuse to process, and I will definitely continue to post this review online daily until I hear from someone that can give me answers. Morale of the story: DON’T BUY A CAR FROM CASTLE CHEVY. 😡🤬 More

Castle's prices were higher than other dealers so we decided to take our vehicle else where. The part that upsets me is that my son is going to college in the area and I am out of state. I called to pay for the $170.00 diagnostic fee so he could get the car off the lot because i will be coming from out of state and can not make it in time. They would not take my card over the phone and said I should transfer money to my son. Sometimes people need to look at their polices and make exceptions to provide customer service. I wont be back and I will encourage him to let people in the area know about the experience. One bad decision can cost a company a lot thanks to social media. More

The buying process was a total pain, and they tried double talking me and switching prices from the get go. BUT.... They offer free oil changes for life! Great! Even with synthetic? Yes! Even if I don't follow all your other bogus made up maintenance recommendations? Yes! No matter what free oil changes for life??? Really? Yes! What I was told when I grilled the manager for info. So needless to say now here I am 1 year later sitting in the service department and an oil change is now $69.99. I'm told it's because of synthetic oil. I explain everything I was told when I bought the truck and the service advisor says to me "We can change things whenever we want, so..." Oh really? Working in customer service myself I know I wouldn't be employed for long if I talked to my customers like that. I want what I was promised when I bought this truck. I hear they are telling people that GM has switched to synthetic oil as a requirement for their vehicles. They require Dexos but not full synthetic, that's nonsense The specifications for something can't change 2 years after its built. More
