Oil Change Scam Was offered free oil changes for the "life" of my truck. Called to make an appointment and was informed I can't receive it free anymore. While I was truck shopping I was between 2 silverados at different locations, because of the free oil change i bought from Castle Chevy. This was obviously a scam to get me to buy from there, shame on Castle Chevy. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY OR SERVICE!! More

Very good experience at Castle Chevy , Friendly & helpful. I was initially quoted an online price which did happen to be when i reached to see someone. But, I was very pleased with John's ( Sales rep ) assista I was initially quoted an online price which did happen to be when i reached to see someone. But, I was very pleased with John's ( Sales rep ) assistance and courteous behaviour. Even the finance manager was very understanding and gave me the needed price after a round of discussion. Everything else was smooth and i am happy i bought my first chevy from this dealership. If i ever buy another chevy car i will be back here again. More

On may 2nd he said they were out of camero flex cash and only had $200 flex cash left when I told him I was offered $1000 flex cash from another dealer. Really, on the 2nd of the month you only have $200 flex cash left? B.S. Mike told me they run out of flex cash during the middle of the month?! On top of that he quotes me a price $700 higher than the price on cars.com. Another shady...Based on my own experience... this is NOT where I would want to go to for honest pricing. More
If you need ANY Help make sure to ask for Patrick Wells! So I have been going to Patrick for a long time. He has always treated me like a friend more so than a business associate. Never pressures me into anything that never makes sense. Actually, he has been adamant about not getting into certain cars regardless if the price is higher or lower. I have the money and excellent credit so I know some dealers would jump on w/e they can get. Not Patrick. I would normally say that if you have a situation that you think maybe needs his help I would DEFINITELY say you want to talk with Patrick direct. PLEASE understand that he is the General Manager so have all your ducks in a row on what you're looking at, what you have to trade (VIN, Miles, Payoff), and even know you're credit score with TransUnion. You hate to take away his time to other sales team members or staff. Lastly, I will say that my wife absolutely HATES dealerships! At Castle, she actually doesn't mind it at all! Sometimes she comes into service and Patrick will still make sure she is taken care of. Even after the sale Patrick greets and helps any way he can and not rushed to run away because you're a past sale. Folks understand this is a business they need to make money but the simple fact that he takes the time to even after the sale and doesn't treat me or my wife as a number. His philosophy is having repeat and not just get one sale. MOST DEALERS just want that sale but have NO personal communication or touch to peoples situation, feels, and making the right choice. I drive over 75 miles round trip just to buy cars from here. This is now my 5th car in around 5 years!! More
