First lease I was very nervous about leasing and to be able to, I was very excited and way more nervous then I should have been. My brother also purchased a vehicle recently and is all smiles, all the time. Having familiar faces all around, I felt very comfortable at the dealership. I felt my pricing could’ve been a little better considering I had purchased a used vehicle from castle in north riverside about 7 years ago and my credit score and situation was a lot worse then it is today. From a score of 530+ and an interest rate of 21% ... to a score of 729 - no brainer. However, having the privilege to lease an awesome vehicle - I’m happy. Again everyone I spoke to and dealt with was nothing but the best and I have the best so. Please customer indeed. More

I was in no hurry for a car and had been looking for almost a year. I ended up seeing the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay on-line and then went thru the motions with all of the layers of people that are involved in finding a car these days. The people at Castle were very friendly. From Victoria thru email and over the phone to Floyd working with me on the sale of the car to Clemente reviewing the final paperwork, I was quite happy and I would definitely work with them again. Even Ivan was nice when he introduced himself after my visit for a test drive. I would however not recommend one of their backroom guys though. That individual I'll keep nameless but I felt he was trying to take advantage of me with respect to the loan figuring that I was uneducated. I think those are the guys that give car dealers a bad reputation - if only dealers would figure that one out. More

When I arrived today, the person I dealt with in the service department stated that because I did not get the maintenance check on my car the last time it was in for an oil change that I will now have to pay for the oil changes. It was very clearly stated when I purchased my vehicle that I must perform the required vehicle maintenance in order to receive free TIRES for the life of my car and the oil changes were free regardless. I am extremely disappointed with the attitude and treatment I received by the service department. I know countless numbers of people who do not maintain their vehicle per the recommendations of the service department and they still receive free oil changes so why is it different for me? I will no longer be recommending this dealership to people because of their inability to keep their promises to their customers. More
