Amazing Service I had an issue with my car while driving home after work. The issue was that my check engine light was on and the car reduced my speed max 25 miles an I had an issue with my car while driving home after work. The issue was that my check engine light was on and the car reduced my speed max 25 miles an hour. This happened to me when I was on the high way and I was forced to moved over to the shoulder. I called Dana Dangles who I usually work worth at Castle Chevrolet and she immediately got a technician on the phone. The technician told me to turn the car off and wait about 3-5 minutes and then to turn the car back on. This would make the check engine light shut off and allow me to resume normal speed. Dana told me to come to the dealership to get the car checked out and she would get me a loaner. When I got to the dealership everything was taken care of. The loaner was waiting for me and there was no wait time. This was extremely helpful since it was already almost 7 pm and I wanted to get home as soon as possible. I have always had a positive experience at Castle Chevrolet. I am very fortunate to have worked with Dana and she truly takes care of her customers. I was in a serious pickle last night and Dana came through. Thank you! More

Continued horrible service I have had nothing but trouble with the service center here. First I took my cat in for a recall which should be a pretty standard repair. The next da I have had nothing but trouble with the service center here. First I took my cat in for a recall which should be a pretty standard repair. The next day while driving to work I could smell exhaust in my car which got worse and worse. Seems as though they didn't hook things back up correctly so I had exhaust going into my car. To apologize when they fixed it they put me on free oil changes for life. I thought that was a pretty good deal. Flash forward to now I took my car in for my free oil change last week only to find afterwards that my car is dripping oil. Called the service center and told them this to first be told they could fit me in 2 days later then when I said no to be told today but a 4 hour wait. Really you messed up my car had no oil leak before so either you didn't tighten the oil nut or the filter enough take some responsibility for that and take care of your mistake right away. When I arrived the guy I spoke to gave me attitude as well. I will not go back here. I will pay for an oil change else where or do it myself. Save your self some trouble and take your car to on of the other Chevy dealerships in the area. More

Fine but definitely like to play number games So they had some nice pricing for the car were we were looking for listed on their website, some of the best pricing around. So, my wife and I go to So they had some nice pricing for the car were we were looking for listed on their website, some of the best pricing around. So, my wife and I go to look at some of the cars and we actually decide on the vehicle we'd like to potentially move forward with and their first price offer is $1,000 more than the price they show on their website! Turns out the pricing they show on their website includes "all available rebates", including for current GM leasees. I show the salesperson the pricing on the website and they say I don't get that because I'm not a current GM leassee. That's ridiculous considering that has to be less than 5% of the people they get in there to purchase a car. At any rate, the manager ends up coming over and explaining that I don't qualify for the rebate and I say I don't care. Here's my offer, take it or leave it and we end up making a deal after about a 15-minute discussion. The agreed upon offer is $33k for the car and $1,500 for my trade-in value. So after we all agree on this, they say it should take about 10-15 minutes before we can get in to see the finance people and get all the paperwork rolling. We literally sat there for 3 hours waiting. We finally get in to get the spiel about the extending warranty and all of that and we decline. Then move on to the final paperwork to sign everything. At this point we've been at the dealership for about 5 hours so we just want to get the xxxx out of there with our new car. There are about 10 pieces of paper to sign and the finance guy is trying to rush you through it as fast as he can because they are so busy, which is the reason we just waited 3 hours to see him. Obviously one of the forms has all of the financial info on it. It's not the most clear and the finance guy had me review the whole thing in about 10 seconds - plenty of time to review a $33k purchase. At any rate, the total numbers were close enough and the monthly payment, length of loan and interest rate all looked correct. I get home tonight and review everything closer. Remember, the purchase price was $33k and the trade-in value was $1,500 for a total sale of $31,500 plus TTL. The actual document shows the vehicle sales price at $34,870 with a rebate of $750 and a trade-in value of $2,321, which is a total sale of $31,799. Why? I have no idea but there are obviously some numbers games going on here which I'm sure they benefit from. For one, they obviously got an extra $299 out of me which I'm not thrilled about and will be calling them on Monday morning. Next, I'm not well-versed enough on these sales to know how it affected the TTL that I'm paying as well, but I'm sure it did. I'm not thrilled about how all of this went down and disappointed with all of the games they played. More
Dealership experience I was looking on line for a new car and we called a dealership and made an appointment to see someone name Dena but instead we ended up at Castle Chev I was looking on line for a new car and we called a dealership and made an appointment to see someone name Dena but instead we ended up at Castle Chevy in Villa Park and thinking we were at the right place for the appointment we made and we ask to speak to Dena and the customer service guy said you must mean Dana and they went and got her and we started our relationship from there.Dana worked diligently with me to get my first car which was a 2013 Malibu. I came in with a picture of the car and a lot number.Dana made sure I knew everything about the car and allowed us to test drive it.Dana is very understanding of our situation.Anytime there are problems with my car Dana made sure it got fixed.Dana has excellent customer service skills and very compassionate about her job.Dana is honest and willing to correct any mistakes that are made.Upon buying my 2015 Malibu Dana help fixed our problems with my car and made sure it was done in a timely manner.I will forever be grateful to Dana for her dedication and commitment.
