The next morning Dave Mack called to find out what happened, not only did he correct the situation, he got me into that car with lower payments than I was initially quoted. Not going to lie, I was hesitant to return because of the experience with the sales guy (who is no longer there), but I found a car online that I just couldn't pass up....and I am a firm believer of second chances. Needless to say, I am happy that I went back! Ryan Freeman was so down to earth and happy to help, this was a no pressure sale and I can't express enough how great the team was over there. Sean O'Connell was happy to answer the questions I had on the after market add-ons, and was very accommodating with my schedule to get the work done.
