This was the first time I had been to Castle. I was pretty familiar with Ogden Chevy, but they have closed. I stopped in for an oil change on a Corvette and they were able to take me right away and ev pretty familiar with Ogden Chevy, but they have closed. Sean was great, he was new but he was eager and anxious to please! He knew what I was looking for and paid strict attention to my requirements. I brought the car in to have some scratches touched up when I realized their was a chirping noise under the hood. When I got there, I mentioned this to Jim Nowak. He noted this on the work order. The loaner car was brought out quickly and I made it to work in plenty of time. The service was great and my car was finished around 5pm the same day. I am very impressed with the courtesy and prompt service. The scratches are gone and the chirping is gone. I am a very happy customer! Keep up the great work! More
