I went in there for the intention of picking up a paystub that they kept. I then told the salesman that I went to another dealer to get a car. Words can't explain what it is like to call the service department at Castle Chevrolet and have my voice recognized, and to speak to someone who knows my vehicle as well as I do, and they even refer to it with the nickname we given it. I was looking over the Sunday Paper and my granddaughter asked what I was doing. i told her I was looking for a new truck. She told me to put the paper down and look online for the best place. I don't know anything about the computer but she immediately found a few trucks for me. That was amazing to me. Last time I bought a truck I just drove there. She told me that you can find anything online. She found Castle. i peaked in the paper nd didnt see them there so I was hesitant. She assured me you guys were real. She showed me you computer page and even told me about people who had gone thre. I took my old truck and made my way there. I was greeted by a nice salesman, but I really don't remember his name. i do remember the Manager, Pete, walking over to me while I was talking to this young man. I told Pete I was just looking but I think he knew I needed a truck. He told me I needed a work truck if I wanted to stay in business. i guess he saw my tools. Anyway,I told him I didn't trust the box and he aside he didn't know how to use the computer that well but that he knew about trucks. He told me about him being in the union and how now he sold cars. I liked that he told me about his lovely wife who did know about computers and how he had a little boy. Well we talked and well now I have a new truck. Im very happy about my truck and liked Pete so I guess now my grand daughter is writing on the computer about it for me. Thank you Castle Chevy.
