Very Knowledgable Salesman & A Pleasant Experience After first visiting two other dealerships and being greeted by salesman who knew virtually nothing about the new 2014 Jeep Cherokee, we called Naperv After first visiting two other dealerships and being greeted by salesman who knew virtually nothing about the new 2014 Jeep Cherokee, we called Naperville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and asked to speak to the sales manager. I explained our dilemma and asked if he could arrange to have a salesman who was knowledgeable about the Cherokee meet with us and possibly take a test drive. He did exactly that when he introduced us to Craig Loundagin. Craig was great to work with. He took a lot of time, was very patient and never once made us feel like we were taking too much of his time. He was very, very knowledgable about the Cherokee and even told us things we hadn't discovered on the internet. He helped us decide between the Latitude, Limited and Trailhawk by the questions he asked. Even though we loved a Trailhawk parked next to the Limited we were looking at, he helped us figure out we'd be happier with the Limited. He took us on two test drives, one in the morning and one later that afternoon. They appraised our trade quickly and gave us our keys back right away. They gave us a fair price on our new car and on our Wrangler trade-in. They were straight forward and a pleasure to deal with. The sales manager, Scott Wilson, was also a pleasure to deal with. Craig stayed with us until we drove our new Cherokee off the lot. He even synced my iPhone for me. This was absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had...EVER... and I've bought 9 new cars in my life so far. Craig was the best salesman I've ever bought a car from and Scott was the best sales manager I've ever dealt with. None of the other experiences even came close to this one. And the new 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited is awesome. I only park it reluctantly. More
