I purchased a new Ram 1500. The sales experience was good, as I thought Craig was personable and customer oriented. I have however experienced a continuing issue with the FM radio reception, that has n good, as I thought Craig was personable and customer oriented. The Service Manager, Tim, has been pleasant to deal with in researching a solution for this problem. I agree with others who have commented in regard to the included gas quantity at the time of purchase. From nearly an empty tank, the dealer only agreed to add $25.00 worth of gas. With the purchase of a new truck, a full tank of gas should be included. More
