Though familiar with Jeep Grand Cherokees, I'd been without one for several years. When I returned to this dealership, I found it to be as professional and friendly as I had years before. People here seem to work together, rather than giving me the feeling they are competing against each other. As I asked questions, they were answered thoroughly and thoughtfully and I NEVER felt a "pressured" answer that made it sound like I was being directed to more than I was looking for, or being coerced into a different vehicle. Later, I had to call the salesman to ask a question. His cell phone was made available and he called back almost immediately with the needed information. This is the fourth car I have purchased here, and my daughter purchased one previously. I am please with the even, stable consistency of professionalism here, and I'm confident you will be also! More
