Chris was a not only a breath...but a gust...of fresh air. My husband and I had been working with another dealer for 2 months. We wanted a specific optioned Jeep and Gurnee Jeep kept telling us it's co air. My husband and I had been working with another dealer for 2 months. I contacted Chris on the phone Friday morning and by 9PM Friday night we were 2 happy customers driving home in the exact car that we wanted. Chris showed us the 2 cars on the lot that fit the description of what we wanted. He brought them to the front of the dealership; they were right under the bright lights side by side. He was informative, patient and actually seemed to enjoy his job. It was a Friday night and he's a young man but he stayed with us outside showing us some of the gadgets even though the dealership was closed. He didn't try to rush us so he could get going and start his weekend. He even called a couple days later to follow up on some running boards that my husband asked about. He was professional, genuine and fun. He made the 2 hour drive well worth it. Dave Pickell had the more tedious job of going over the financing with us. He had everything well organized so it went quickly so we could enjoy our new car. However, he was very thorough and readily answered any of our questions. Cars are getting to be a bigger and bigger investment. Chris and Dave seem to appreciate this and be as helpful and informative as possible. I would highly recommend them to any potential buyers.
