Brought my car in at 7:00 AM for a recall and was told it would take all day, and no loader available. At 3:00 PM received a call saying my car would not be ready that day, so I asked for a loader. After bei would take all day, and no loader available. At 3:00 PM received a call saying my car would not be ready that day, so I asked for a loader. After being on hold for 10 minutes I was told the mechanic would stay and finish the job. He did and the car runs fine with no problems. I wish they would have told me before I brought the car in, what it was and how long it would take. More
