I brought in my jeep to the Naperville service dept. Paul Ruilova was beyond disrespectful. He miscommunicated with me and my husband, and then after the manager already handled the problem, he took it upon Ruilova was beyond disrespectful. Do not recommend. They gave me a rental car that had a cracked windshield. The crack was on the driver side. 18 inches by 12 inches. A golf ball size hole. It was not safe to drive in our opinion. We had a fantastic experience with Jim "Ski" Szatkowski buying our new 2020 Pacifica. We've bought numerous cars through the years (first time at this dealership) and this was our best experience by far. buying our new 2020 Pacifica. We've bought numerous cars through the years (first time at this dealership) and this was our best experience by far. I had specific feature requests that were not common, and Ski went above and beyond in finding exactly what we were interested in before we even arrived and had it ready for a test drive when we pulled in. He provided lots of details about the vehicle that were relevant to our needs, got the best deal for us, happily stayed late to make sure everything went smoothly until the end. My favorite part was at the very end when he went outside with us in the dark after the dealership was closed to show us some last vehicle details/tips that were helpful to know as I was planning to take it on a cross country trip within just a few days. Ski was professional, patient, helpful, knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. This dealership is very lucky to have both his experience as well as his excellent customer service. It is obvious he really cares about his customers and their experience with him. I should add we also had a very positive experience with the gentleman who processed the financial part--he also stayed late and provided excellent customer service to us. Thanks so much! More
