Dishonest They lied about our trim package on our car and led us to believe it was worth less than what it was. They claimed it was a SE when it was a SXT. Gave us the lowest trade in value and when we found the car's window sticker that had proof of it being a SXT, they had no interest in making it right with us. I even brought it to the manager's attention but they still didn't care. Customer service isn't a high priority there. More

A day later the car started to smell strongly of smoke. I called and spoke to GM Dave and he basically stated too bad. A month in a held later in being my car in because I turned the a/ c on for the first time of the season and it didn't work. It has since been at st Charles dodge service 4 times and they still can figure out the problem. Spoke to the GM Sam and he said that they sold us a fine vehicle and it didn't have problems when they sold it to me. I asked him if he ever uses the a/c in March, in Chicago. He replyed by saying " this is not going to be an otter if stood of me" and then proceeded to hang up on me. Real class act. Bunch of liars!!!! More
