Professional and easy car buying expereince We were about to buy a competing brand of vehicle at a different dealership when the manager starting pulling the typical buying/pricing/make-you-wait We were about to buy a competing brand of vehicle at a different dealership when the manager starting pulling the typical buying/pricing/make-you-wait crap. We walked out on him in mid-negotiating due to his xx and inability to solve simple issues. Went to Naperville Jeep and met sales rep Sam LaMargo who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient with us as we looked at the Renegade model we were interested in. It didn't have some of the options we wanted and Sam instantly suggested ways to solve for that unlike the other dealership. We took the Renegade on a nice test drive and loved the way the car handled. We were concerned with some of the reviews we had seen regarding the power of the transmission but found the vehicle handled beautifully. Sam worked with us on the price without the "let me check with my manager" xx and made the process very easy with zero pressure tactics and xx like the other dealership. So now we are enjoying our new Renegade. All-in-all, a very easy car buying experience due to Sam. More

Naperville Jeep, Bob Williams best salesman of the decade. I've purchased many new cars from dealerships from all over the country as I've lived a lot of places. From the hill country of Texas, to the mountai I've purchased many new cars from dealerships from all over the country as I've lived a lot of places. From the hill country of Texas, to the mountains of Denver, to the swamps of South Carolina, and here in Chicagoland. I've purchased BMW's, Infinity, Nissan, DCM GST, Chevy's,, a Mercury, Jeeps, Jeeps, Mopar, Challenger(s), and Jeeps. I arrived at the Naperville Jeep due to a price I saw on the internet which was very competitive with ALL other dealerships. I got there an hour before closing but was on the fence. I had a nice trade which I was still happy with, low mileage, clean, wasn't even sure if I'd trade it. Prior to arriving I contacted a sales manager as I usually prefer not to deal with salesman. However he said I was in good hands and referred me to BOB WILLIAMS. I was skeptical but upon arrival, Bob met with me right away and down to business we went. He literally was running back and forth once we began to discuss my needs, seriously running....he was very attentive and was able to find the exact vehicle I was looking for amongst the hundreds in their inventory. This part was seamless. Even after nailing the vehicle he went above and beyond to show me other vehicles some less some more to ensure it was the one. All my questions and concerns were immediately addressed, I am not an easy sell and usually agitate salesman with my challenging attitude, he wasn't shaken and maintained a very professional attitude. He did not hurry me or become argumentative about the price, sell, or time it was taking. BOB is from a time forgotten, new salesman can learn a thing or two from him. A humble respectable salesman who has the experience and knowledge to take care of his customers. When it came down to haggling, he is an artist, I actually enjoyed his method and it was more like watching a surgeon than some crazy dance. So here it is and hour after they close and he was in no hurry, three other staff remained after they closed just in case the sale was finalized. So I shake his hand without a second though as the deal was too good to pass up. After that point all the professional staff patiently waiting were right there to help close the deal. It was honestly the best buying experience I have ever had. Even if your not certain, don't like the haggle, this is not only an outstanding dealership but if you get the chance to have Bob help you, you won't regret it. More

The costs are astronomical and they will not disclose the total amount up front but how much it costs in monthly payments to dupe you. BEWARE!!! I attempted to request them to remove those charges after signing the contract the very next day, signed it after closing hours and they said too late like they got me and unwilling to make it right for me. They said I need to cancel it with the bank which I found extremely odd. They also want you to agree and sign for arbitration giving up your right to sue them in court should anything arise. I'll live and learn on that one, no other dealer EVER did that to me buying new or used this is a first and last! Wonder what they would of done if I flat out rejected it? Not sell the car to me? Fine no problem, dealers are a dime a dozen. More
