Fast forward 25 years and I'm looking for a Wrangler again. Mid-life crisis? Nah. When I arrived, I met with Bob Williams. He was very polite, asked helpful questions and really listened to what I had to say. We walked the lot looking at the various models, styles and colors and narrowed things down a bit. He then offered to go on a test drive, but I declined as I already test drove one elsewhere. I still wasn't sure what to buy so I revisited the few cars I liked most with my wife and without Bob. We were then able to figure out the exact car to buy. We asked for his best pricing and he had no problem providing that. I told him I'd need to shop around a bit and I'd let him know when I made a decision. He asked for the sale (like any good salesperson should), but I declined. He didn't push it and respected my reply; I appreciated that. Pushing is a big turn off to me. We left, made a few phone calls and determined Naperville had the best deal. I called Bob for last final negotiation and worked out the final details. Paperwork was fast and efficient and I left in no time. I will certainly be recommending Naperville Jeep and Bob Williams to my friends and family. More
