Worst experience of our life In a nutshell, bought a $15,000 car, after wife got home I looked at the paperwork, they added $2200 for scotch guard. So I went back and fought with them and ended up only getting a $1800 refund. THEN, car had a three month warranty, a couple weeks after purchase the car started messing up and they said the warranty didn't cover it. Now four months later this "certified" car is completely falling apart and now only worth $12,000, we owe $20,000 so we can't trade it in because we'd be too much upside down. They are not helpful what so ever! Please please I beg you to shop somewhere else! By the way the first words out of the salesmen mouth was "let's get this done cause I got a date with a 23 year old squirter and at my age I can't miss those" they also ignore negative emails, they only respond if you're interest in buying! We are the Daniels family and the vehicle purchased was an 2012 Chevy Equinox in November 2015! More
