How do i select 0 Stars? Not once have I ever had a good experience at this dealer after buying my car. 1. they continually bug me with sales/service calls. 2. They advertise "EXPRESS" lane service which is the biggest load of crap I've ever seen. My last 2 oil changes have collectively taken almost 4 hours........!!!!!!! What about that is Express? Filled out the info on the computer and within two mins an email and a very nice phone call from Chris Olson. Usually I'm not impressed, however this time was different. He was very pleasant and NOT pushy. I set up an appt. the next day to meet with him. We arrived a bit early and he greeted us and had the car we were interested in ready to go and see. From the first moment it was the best new car buying experience we've ever had. Chris was so knowledgeable about the car and every option it had. He answered every question and then some. I came in to look at a car with my wife, but that car did not work for us. After test driving two more cars, we finally found one we liked and began the "negotiation" process. After a little back and forth, a deal was struck. We are very happy with our new car and how the entire process went. Sam a very nice young man, pleasant to deal with...chatty...no pressure..even came in on his day off to help finalize purchase and get me rolling on the road. learning all the buttons and knobs of new jeep...liking it so far. for cost of the vehicle the only small downside was gas being on E so had to tend to that soon as i drove off the lot.
