Worst Salesmanship I spent the majority of last Saturday visiting several dealerships with my daughter in search of a new vehicle for her upcoming birthday. I purposely I spent the majority of last Saturday visiting several dealerships with my daughter in search of a new vehicle for her upcoming birthday. I purposely left Naperville Jeep for the last stop as my daughter had shown an interest in several of the Jeep models and if we found what she was looking for I would purchase it that day(She was unaware of this). Upon arriving at the dealership we were met in the lot by a salesmen named Dale G. He had asked us what model we were looking for and the time frame we were looking to buy. I told him the two types of vehicles and would be looking to purchase by the end of June( I did not want to reveal the potential surprise). He proceeded to show us several different options. I then asked him to if we could test drive the vehicles. Here is the dialog that took place. Dale: "She can't drive the vehicle" I responded: "I will drive it she can sit in the front seat to get an idea of how the vehicle rides" Dale: "Well you are not purchasing a vehicle for 3-4 months I don't think we should waste the time and test drive it right now" With a shocked look on my face I turned to my daughter indicating it was time to leave as Dale had no interest in helping us. As we heading back to my car, Dale started talking about some used car options, at that point I turned him out and we got in our car. My daughter turned to me and said, "how is he going to sell anything if he doesn't let people test drive the cars" The one positive thing that came out of this was it taught my daughter how not to treat a customer, thanks Dale. Needless to say we did not and will not by a vehicle from this dealership, my daughter has relayed this story to all of her friends that are also turning 16 in the near future and I will be using this story with my own sales reps as an example of the worst salesmanship I have seen in a long time. More

I'll recommends this dealer to anyone and everyone that will listen. Kudos abs thank you again. More

Just terrible I waited over 30 minutes to test drive a Jeep Renegade that I had called and scheduled to do. "Third Time was not a Charm" I have visited this dealership a few times, and each time Reid had greeted us. This last experience will be the "Last Time" I attempt to purchase a v I have visited this dealership a few times, and each time Reid had greeted us. This last experience will be the "Last Time" I attempt to purchase a vehicle at this dealership. Unfortunately, we arrived about 45 minutes before closing time. There were 2 vehicles that we wanted to test drive. Reid informed us that due to insurance liability, we wouldn't have time to test drive both vehicles and pick one. In all my car buying years, I have never heard that before....Usually a salesperson wants your business and will take the time to sell a vehicle. The entire experience was extremely rushed and unnecessary. The good news is I loved the 2015 Dodge Charger and I will be buying one. The bad news it will not be from this dealership. I will find a dealership who wants to take the time and allow me to enjoy the car buying experience. More
