Surprise I bought a 2013 Dodge Durango. I'm happy with my car, buying experience was very good. Although, when I get home I realize that the floor mat in drive I bought a 2013 Dodge Durango. I'm happy with my car, buying experience was very good. Although, when I get home I realize that the floor mat in drivers side has a the big hole. At the store it was covered with paper mat for security which is good but I haven't idea it might hide something. It was pre owned car and I understand it's not going to be in perfect condition. In that case salesman should inform customer about any defects. I think it won't be even an argument to replace floor mat on a day when salesman made the sale but when I call after I was told they can sell it to me. You should consider to fill out gas tanks for the customers. It makes customers feel more appreciated. At least that what it felt buying a car at Audi in Westmont. More
