We finally agreed on a price with him, and leadership. He processed all the paperwork with no issues. On the day of our new Tahoe delivery/pickup, Paul showed us everything about the Tahoe. What impressed me most was how much effort he put into making sure everything was right. I purchased an Audi Q5 in December,after expeiencing a total accident of my car. After a bit of a run around with the saleman, I contacted Anthony, the GM, Luke and Maurin - and they heard my concerns, a total accident of my car. I left my vehicle with the dealership two times, but they were unable to fix the camera problem (it is intermittently not working). When I left my car the first time, I had thought the problem was still covered under warranty so was surprised when there was a charge since the service department had not communicated what the price for diagnostic work would be. When the problem continued after the second time they had my car, I called several times to request a refund of the $250 diagnostic fee; what good is a diagnosis if they can't fix it? Each time I called, the receptionist promised to pass my message along to the service manager and return my call, but I never got a return call (this happened 3 or 4 times). Finally when I called again and spoke to someone in the service department, he advised I bring the car in again. I gave up because I don't have time to keep taking and leaving the car that they had previously told me they weren't able to fix. More
I called to schedule a service appt and actually reached a live person AT the dealership. Once I arrived, the shop was clean and the staff was very friendly. Tech entered the truck with greasy shoes after oil change had to clean carpets and floor mats.
