Bill made the car buying experience unlike any previous experience I've had. I usually equate my car buying experience at a dealership similar to how I feel getting a root canal. It was comfortable purchasing from him. Also, Tony the finance mgr. was great to work with. I was ready to do battle on the interest rate, and that didn't happen. He also didn't put on the "full court press" to purchase additional packages. He did explain them to me, but I declined. This was THE BEST car buying experience I've ever had.
