I met with them to buy an EOS and they took way too long to negotiate a price for the car and made us fill out pages of paperwork even though they didn't have the car I wanted available and would have to ge to negotiate a price for the car and made us fill out pages of paperwork even though they didn't have the car I wanted available and would have to get it from another dealer. I went to Mt Prospect to Autobarn VW and got a much better price for a more expensive model with no problems in less than half the time and was treated with far more respect. I am so glad I desided to take the time to shop around. More
