When I started my car shopping experience I didn't think there was a chance in the world I would find myself rating any dealer, let alone the overall experience as 5 stars. Fortunately, a family friend recommended Fox Valley VW - Schaumburg. In my opinion they are the exception to the rule on professionalism in this industry! The folks at this store actually made car buying PLEASANT. This was my first purchase after spending the last 12 years leasing. My concerns were first and foremost: finding a vehicle with an excellent safety rating that had features conducive to my families needs, a clean car fax, financing options, warranty and of course...value. As I ventured through other area dealers my anxieties heightened because of one bad experience or another. I quickly added customer service and dealer reputation to my list of concerns. At Fox Valley VW (Schmg)all of these needs were met and more! I had the good fortune of working with Anthony & Jim. They were understanding of my fears, worked within MY parameters and incredibly knowledgeable of their inventory. They seemed to genuinely care whether I found the "right" car and when I did - they made the rest of the process smooth and painless...even going so far as to put the car through the VW pre-certification process for best warranty coverage as I waited. They even managed to make me laugh on several occasions! The entire staff was welcoming to my kids (and their behaviors!) and didn't miss a beat in helping to keep them entertained. Even though I was purchasing the car on a busy day, I didn't feel rushed out the door after the check was signed and the time and patience was given to go over all the features of the car with me as well as answer my questions. It has been 4 months since the purchase of my car...I have continued to stop in for the free car washes :) and I continue to be thrilled with not only my purchase but my choice in dealers. I recommend this dealer to everyone. There is no need to go through the headaches and hassles of car-buying elsewhere when there is a staff like this willing to work for customer loyalty. More

I purchased my CC from Fox Valley Volkswagen in Schaumburg. After shopping around extensively I found the staff at the Schaumburg dealer to be the most knowledgeable and the most fair in pricing. I met with them to buy an EOS and they took way too long to negotiate a price for the car and made us fill out pages of paperwork even though they didn't have the car I wanted available and would have to ge to negotiate a price for the car and made us fill out pages of paperwork even though they didn't have the car I wanted available and would have to get it from another dealer. I went to Mt Prospect to Autobarn VW and got a much better price for a more expensive model with no problems in less than half the time and was treated with far more respect. I am so glad I desided to take the time to shop around. More
