WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! !! Brought my 17Yr old daughter there to test drive a used 2017 VW Tiguan which was her dream car- fell in love with it, put a deposit down and schedu !! Brought my 17Yr old daughter there to test drive a used 2017 VW Tiguan which was her dream car- fell in love with it, put a deposit down and scheduled to come back with husband for final purchase. In the meantime, dealer was “getting car ready” for my daughter - who was given a bold marker to write her name on the “sold to“ sign which was then placed on the vehicle’s dashboard. The smile on my daughter’s face knowing that after 5 LONG months of shopping for a car that THIS WAS HER CAR!! WELL……as my husband and daughter were driving to dealership just 2 days later after dealership serviced the vehicle and had it all detailed ~ I received a call from my daughter, who was now in tears, telling me: THEY SOLD MY CAR!!! I was shocked that this dealership DOES NOT HONOR their own deposit down policy!!!! -NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF TWO FACED LIARS- LOOKING TO THROW YOUR DEAL UNDER THE BUS FOR A BETTER ONE- NOT TRUSTWORTHY BY ANY MEANS- NEVER DEAL WITH ANY CAUSEWAY DEALERSHIPS AGAIN!!! So now my husband and I are back at it again looking for the right car for our daughter! More
